Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious sales-driven leader to join our team at Brisbane Uptown.

You will work closely with and support the Store Manager in achieving personal and store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This role allows you to demonstrate your leadership skills by coaching Team Members to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Coach and train Team Members to become top performers.
  • Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
  • Merchandise products in line with promotional setup guidelines.
  • Handle operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail business administration tasks.
