Key Responsibilities- Resident Care Planning: Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Medication Management: Safely administer medication to residents, monitor medication regimens, and maintain accurate records.
- Falls Prevention and Management: Identify and mitigate falls risks, develop and implement prevention strategies, and provide education to residents and staff.
- Care Staff Supervision: Supervise the delivery of care plans, provide coaching and mentoring to care staff, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and Risk Management.
- Clinical Expertise: Current AHPRA Registration, evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations, and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, provide education and training, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
