We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team as a Housekeeper and Kiosk Worker at Reflections Holidays.
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our accommodation units, including changing bed linens, cleaning floors, and replenishing stock.
As a Kiosk Worker, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, handling cash, and preparing food while adhering to food safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties, including linen changes and stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service, including face-to-face interactions and resolving guest complaints.
- Accurately take orders and handle cash transactions.
- Prepare and cook food while following food safety procedures.
- Assist and direct visitors within the park, providing information and support.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Physical fitness to lift up to 11kg and work for extended periods on your feet.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
