About This Role

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support the global customer services function. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of export shipments from initial booking through to final delivery.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of exports.
  • Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including vessel bookings, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Process invoices and perform final price adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor shipping schedules and manage cash collection to minimize financial risk.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to queries and complaints.
  • File and update sales and purchase contracts in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in International Trade or Commerce/Finance (desired).
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in traffic operations or logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various time zones.
  • Professional and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of international trading transactions and transportation processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in all activities.
