Job Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated individuals to deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities at Wollondilly Community Leisure Centre.

The Role:

A School Instructor will promote water safety and skills development, providing an engaging learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication with students and parents to ensure their needs are met.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to meet the demands of teaching multiple classes.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Relevant industry qualifications and certifications required to provide high-quality instruction.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate to ensure student safety.
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check to maintain a secure environment.
  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in teaching swimming techniques.
