Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Manager to lead and coordinate our Asset Sales Hard assets team.

The successful candidate will ensure effective interaction to mitigate risks linked to contract terminations, co-own Asset Management Income and Risk Cost P+L lines, and build a sustainable team structure that encourages member personal development.

  • Manage and coordinate team members in multi-country Asset Sales and Operations activities consistent with the strategy formulated and deployed across the market.
  • Optimize the balance between financial results (AM income) and commercial value from existing customer, vendor, and dealer partnerships.

The role requires a sharp focus on building work collaborations as the demands of a declining economy present increased recovery workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-departmental communication and coordinate the country Asset Sales Specialists to perform the following:
  • Plan in-life portfolio reviews to anticipate stream-off and formulate a targeted action plan.
  • Proactively facilitate regular sales reviews with Country Asset Sales Specialists, Country Sales Management, GBU Asset Management, and International Asset Sales Managers.
  • Leverage knowledge sharing and implement best practices throughout the market.
  • Manage current- and develop new partnerships in new and existing markets.

  • Achievement of P&L budgets/KPIs.
  • Inventory levels under control.
  • Strong regulatory compliance standards.
  • Strong team profile/culture without silo mentality.
  • Customer satisfaction measured via NPS.

Required Profile

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in asset sales.
  • Strong social and commercial skills, particularly communication, presentation, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Strategic view of end-of-lease and asset sales.
  • Active leadership by influence and experience in motivation and development.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in strategic direction.
