The Role

We're seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Ballarat and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position, but part-time would also be considered.

You'll have the flexibility to choose your own caseload, allowing you to work with participants of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you're passionate about paediatrics or working with adults, you'll have the autonomy to create a fulfilling and enjoyable work life.

Your Everyday
  • You'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
  • You'll utilise an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology.
  • You'll work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • You'll build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
  • You'll attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact and enjoying coffee and laughs.
  • You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
