We are seeking a skilled Satellite Communication Specialist to join our team in Canberra. As a specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of satellite communication systems.
The role involves:
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining satellite communication systems and networks.
- Performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate new solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with security protocols and standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in satellite communications.
- An understanding of RF, satellite link budgets, and modulation techniques.
- Experience with satellite communication hardware and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
