Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified HVAC Service Technician to contribute to our team. This role involves the service, maintenance, and repair of various refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assess job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Organize and submit necessary documentation and procedures.
- Respond to callouts as scheduled.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
- Uphold the highest standards of business conduct.
- Adhere to company and client health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) policies.
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with relevant trade qualifications.
- Possession of a current Refrigeration Handling License.
- Restricted Electrical License (unrestricted preferred).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Plumbing Commission Registration is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- White Card certification.
