Your background and experience
  • Proven track record of delivering complex health infrastructure projects (>$500m).
  • Extensive experience working with leading contractors in leadership roles, leveraging expertise to drive success.
  • Deep understanding of health planning, clinical stakeholder engagement, and highly serviced building delivery, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with state government clients and senior stakeholders, building trust and credibility.
  • Able and willing to relocate or live in Perth for the duration of the project, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a complex hospital development, from pre-construction through to completion and commissioning.
  • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, including direct interface with state government departments and health authorities.
