We are seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our oil team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of industrial equipment.
Reporting to the Project Manager, your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment, including high-pressure water pumps, vacuum systems, light vehicles, prime movers, and associated support equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine maintenance on Contract Resources equipment according to approved policies and procedures.
- Turn equipment around in a timely manner to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers for prompt rectification of unserviceable assets.
- Collaborate with the facility maintenance management team and logistics functions as needed.
- Provide technical assistance for purchasing non-regular company requirements.
- Identify defects and non-conforming work practices to improve processes.
- Assist in continuous improvement of the Preventative Maintenance system for all Contract Resources equipment.
- Prior experience in field service is mandatory.
- Proven ability to work with high-pressure hydraulic and water systems, Utes, Prime Movers, Vacuum units, Heavy Rigid trucks, Diesel-driven pumps, and HPWJ equipment.
- Strong documentation skills, including writing and servicing reports.
- Able to work effectively within a team environment while capable of working independently in remote areas.
- Skilled in diagnosis, rebuilding, repair, and servicing of auxiliary equipment, particularly Vac Truck Systems.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing work requirements.
- Excellent client engagement and work ethics.
- Holding one of the following trade qualifications is essential:
