Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead project delivery teams and achieve client commitments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from due diligence through to development application, coordinating designs, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, coordination of designs, and contract administration.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables.
  • Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth.
  • Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgment.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and mentor staff.
  • Manage financial targets, including budgets and profitability.

Requirements

Proven experience in project planning and management, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Experience in budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications and REPQ certification are desirable.
