The Regional Business Development Executive is pivotal for Markem-Imaje in the development of new business and strategic sales for NSW South region.

The role is dynamic and requires a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills who can work autonomously and bring together customers and internal departments to deliver a fantastic outcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet annual sales targets through new business development and existing customers, mainly within the food, dairy, beverage and industrial products industries.
  • Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and generate new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Execute a high level of daily face to face customer interaction.
  • Grow territory revenue and market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop a sales plan that effectively and efficiently cover all accounts/verticals.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experienced at sales forecasting and negotiation skills.
  • Clear understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Experienced with customer & relationship management skills.
  • Ability to uncover clients needs through a consultative approach.
  • Experienced in lead and funnel management.
  • Excellent communicator, analytical and problem solver.
  • Sales driven, results oriented and a team player.
