  • Employ positive strategies to assist individuals in managing stress, enhancing well-being, and boosting confidence.
  • Collaborate with local health professionals and services as necessary.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key referrers and clients.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to support individuals with diverse clinical and psychosocial challenges. This role requires both independent work and collaboration within a multidisciplinary allied health team.

Essential Qualifications

  • An accredited Psychology degree.
  • Full registration or eligibility for provisional registration with the relevant authority.
  • A commitment to professional growth and development.
  • A genuine passion for assisting a wide range of clients, including those with disabilities and the unemployed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
