About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Patient Support Programs Optimization Lead to join our team on a 24-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing post-registration access programs to ensure they meet regulatory standards and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with established guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to streamline program delivery
  • Create and monitor content and materials for access programs
  • Analyze program data to inform pricing and performance decisions
  • Lead the development and implementation of compassionate access, product familiarization, and alternative access programs

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Healthcare or a related science field
  • Background in medical operations with experience in commercial roles
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and vendor management
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams

Salary Estimate

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
