Job Description

As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software solutions to address complex business challenges.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team to shape the future of our technology landscape. You will lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  2. Identify and resolve technical debt and system bottlenecks.
  3. Mentor and guide junior developers to support their growth and development.
  4. Advocate for and implement best practices across the development lifecycle.
  5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in fast-paced problem-solving environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain large-scale applications with a strong focus on performance optimization.
  • Solid background in agile methodologies, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong practice of test-driven development and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps culture.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Skilled in working with databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
  • Familiarity with tools similar to DataDog, LaunchDarkly is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
