Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic Care Worker.

As a Domestic Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly people living in their own private homes. Your key responsibilities will include providing domestic assistance and personal care, as well as transportation and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with domestic duties and personal care needs
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
Requirements
  • A current driver's licence
  • A reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • A First Aid Certificate
  • A Current CPR Certificate
  • A Manual Handling Certificate
  • Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
  • A National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months)
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant qualification in Community Services (or currently studying)
  • A reliable smartphone with data

You will be working weekday shifts, typically between 9am and 4pm, with no overnight shifts required. Our user-friendly app allows you to view and accept shifts, complete reports, and update your availability. You will also have access to our Employee Assistance program for ongoing support.
