Production Associate Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner.


As a Production Associate, your primary responsibilities will include assembling food boxes efficiently, picking, packing, storage, and quality control. You will also be required to restock the production line with food pallets or boxes and follow specific rules for the safe handling of food.



Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in the production process.
  • Evaluate and rectify any discrepancies or defects in products.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
  • Follow established procedures for handling and storing inventory.


The Ideal Candidate:
  • You are available to work flexible shifts, including Mondays and Fridays.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
  • You hold current, valid working rights in Australia.
