About the Role

As a Store Manager, your primary focus is on creating a customer-centric store atmosphere. This involves ensuring a positive and friendly interaction with every customer, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and displaying enthusiasm for our products.
  • Lead by example and set a strong standard for customer service among team members.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store appearance at all times, adhering to company merchandising standards.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to drive sales growth and improve profitability.

Attributes Required:
  • Prior experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism in a busy store environment.
  • Previous experience with stock handling, replenishment, and merchandising would be highly beneficial.
