As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of patient care, collaborating with a supportive team to deliver evidence-based nursing care and patient-centred care. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
- Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care
- Provide education and support to individuals/patients for effective health management
