The Director of Inclusive Learning plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape by developing and implementing tailored strategies to support students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with school leaders, teachers, parents, and external agencies to foster a collaborative approach to student success.
- Student Support: Provide evidence-based guidance to develop and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students requiring substantial or extensive support.
- Progress Monitoring: Establish and maintain school-wide systems to track student progress and oversee the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
- Intervention and Case Management: Analyze student achievement data to inform targeted intervention and case management for students with additional needs.
