This position plays a key role in providing strong technical expertise to design, deliver and maintain our cloud and internal services and working collaboratively across Council to champion our purpose of Growing Townsville and to deliver the Corporate Plan in consultation with the Townsville Community.
The Cloud and Hybrid Services Technical Lead will be a technical professional, responsible for the design, development, delivery and management of solutions in a hybrid (cloud and internal) environment. This position will advise on and ensure the availability, performance, functionality, security, integrity and integration of cloud services and internal services.
About YouOur team of engineers is a diverse team with varying expertise across the range of services and technologies supported. Our ideal candidate will work with this team and provide the greatest value and will have strong skills in Azure and M365. You will also have strong conceptual, analytical, prioritization and creative problem-solving techniques especially in a strategic and business value context using leading-edge technologies with strong interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, relationship building, influencing and client service skills, with demonstrated experience effectively communicating with diverse stakeholder groups to achieve quality customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deliver and manage solutions in a hybrid (cloud and internal) environment.
- Advise on and ensure the availability, performance, functionality, security, integrity and integration of cloud services and internal services.
- Work collaboratively across Council to champion our purpose of Growing Townsville and to deliver the Corporate Plan in consultation with the Townsville Community.
- Provide technical expertise to design, deliver and maintain cloud and internal services.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to achieve quality customer outcomes.
