About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Campbellfield team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their compressed air systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing of compressed air systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns for customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct workshop-based maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Complete detailed service reports, including recommendations for customers to improve energy efficiency and uptime.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for customers to improve their compressed air systems.
  • Attend service calls and be available for on-call work as required.

Requirements

  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration trade background.
  • Compressed Air experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • A current driver's license, as regular travel is required.
