Job Description

We're looking for a Senior/Lead Pega Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative outcomes across the Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform.

This is an opportunity to be the bridge between business needs and technical implementations, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and architects to define, design, and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and facilitating workshops and playbacks with stakeholders using design thinking principles
  • Documenting and reviewing business requirements and specifications in alignment with best practices
  • Driving design and documentation standards to ensure consistency and reusability
  • Facilitating triage and prioritisation of system defects and issues
  • Mentoring and coaching junior Business Analysts, fostering capability uplift across the team
  • Leading and supporting agile delivery processes across large, complex IT solutions
