About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting our aged care services and retirement village portfolio to consumers, health professionals, and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive occupancy levels by actively promoting our services to consumers and their families, health professionals, and referral partners.
  • Partner with individuals and their families to help them navigate the retirement living system and identify products and services that meet their needs and wants.
  • Build trust and confidence in St Vincent's Care Services as a preferred provider of retirement living services in the local community.
  • Collaborate with the wider Consumer Experience team to assist with regular community and networking events to promote St Vincent's Care Services and the retirement village portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Customer service focused with some sales experience an advantage;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word and Excel) and experience in various CRM's and databases;
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload and achieve objectives;
  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members;
  • Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • High level of financial literacy and strong sales process focus;
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to attract and engage consumers;
  • Full driver's license;
  • National Police Certificate;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
