**Senior Mental Health Social Worker Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Mental Health Care Coordination Team. This role involves applying advanced clinical expertise and independent practice skills to support individuals living with moderate to severe mental illness under the Mental Health Act.
