Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team in Darwin, NT. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating workshop spaces, handling day-to-day requirements, and ensuring efficient delivery and dispatch of goods.
The role involves inventory control, storage coordination, record-keeping, procurement, communication with suppliers and customers, and internal collaboration to deliver outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory management and control
- Storage organization and coordination
- Maintaining online records and registers
- Purchasing materials and completing purchase orders
- Communication with suppliers and customers
- Collaboration with internal team members
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a logistics administrator, warehouse administrator, or similar role within a trade-based business
- Knowledge of software or job coordinator programs (e.g., Simpro, Verizon)
- Administration experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A valid driver's license
- A High-Risk License – Forklift
- A Construction Induction Card
- Familiarity with a range of tools and equipment
