Job Overview

A professional Cafe Attendant is sought to work on a part-time basis at Breakers Country Club in Wamberal. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, and able to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • The role involves working closely with the team across various areas, including Café and Bistro, to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Mounties Values.
Responsibilities
  • Work across a range of areas, including Café and Bistro; a strong knowledge and experience of coffee making techniques would be beneficial.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Maintain current RSA & RCG and adhere to responsible service practices.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and food to a high standard.
  • Handle cash and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
  • Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Current RSA & RCG.
  • Experience in coffee making techniques and proven cash handling skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
