As a Service Manager – Rough Sleeping Solutions, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our mission and values. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals who share our passion for ending homelessness and improving client outcomes.

The role involves leading a team of staff to deliver assertive outreach programs, Advance to Zero initiatives, and other proactive and reactive programs aimed at reducing rough sleeping and improving housing stability. You will work collaboratively with external contractors, corporate services, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operation of rough sleeping services.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires a strong understanding of homelessness policy, context, and systems, as well as demonstrated experience in client-facing human services, social work, or relevant disciplines.

Key Selection Criteria include:

  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing human services, social work, or relevant disciplines
  • Program or service coordination/management experience within the community and/or public sectors
  • Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed leadership approaches and knowledge of harm reduction and recovery-oriented practices
  • Sound people leadership skills, experience in leading/coaching staff, and striving for consistency in performance and behavior
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others towards effective client outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
