Senior Rehabilitation Team Lead

A senior leadership position is available to lead a team of professionals in delivering rehabilitation services. This role requires strategic planning and operational management skills to drive business growth.

About the Role
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with the national management team to develop and execute business plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents
About You
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Current accreditation or membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
  • Strong understanding of Workers Compensation principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
