Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced MC Driver to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up customers' freight, maneuvering our yard truck, and shuttling trailers to and from Altona North.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday with a competitive hourly rate and excellent benefits.

About the Role
  • Pick up customers' freight and transport it to various locations
  • Maneuver our yard truck to move trailers as required
  • Shuttle trailers to and from Altona North
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company while performing duties with accuracy
  • Load, unload, and transport freight securely following safety regulations
  • Master scanning and Proof of Delivery procedures
  • Handle all consignment paperwork efficiently
  • Ensure freight is packaged safely and securely
Requirements
  • A current MC license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in driving an MC vehicle
  • Familiarity with radio communications systems
  • Knowledge of Load Restraint Systems & Equipment
  • Ability to follow Load Restraint Guidelines
  • Must pass pre-employment checks (medical/background/drug & alcohol screening)
