Paeds in a Pod is a private medical practice dedicated to providing specialist care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

Our mission is to deliver comprehensive medical care with best practice standards and modern expertise.

We offer 24-hour neonatal care to the Greenslopes Maternity Service and Special Care Nursery.

We specialize in growth and development and practice within a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to the management of complex pediatric patients.

We employ experienced allied health professionals on location and have an extended network of professionals off-site to integrate into the multidisciplinary team.

About You
  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • National Police check (NPC)
  • Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Position Summary

The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for delivering efficient, evidence-based clinical services to a caseload of clients who are funded by the NDIS, Medicare, and other private operators.

The Speech Pathologist will provide assessments, one-on-one intervention sessions, multi-disciplinary and transdisciplinary group intervention, and write therapeutic reports as required.

The role is community-based and can be performed at various locations, including the clinic, school, or home-based therapies.

The Speech Pathologist will work as part of the Allied Health team and will be required to work autonomously and at a self-directed pace to achieve clinical targets.
