About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Manager to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Optimise Customer Journeys: Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Lead Conversion Optimisation Initiatives: Develop and execute conversion optimisation plans to increase sales and revenue, leveraging tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Measure and Analyse Performance: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Digital Transformation: A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on customer experience and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on Experience with Digital Tools: Proficiency in digital tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
