About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Strategy Delivery Analyst to join our Finance team at Coles Group. As a key member of our Strategy Delivery Office, you'll play a critical role in validating and tracking initiatives that contribute to our 3D strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial acumen to support the delivery of our 3D strategy, including valuation of initiatives within our Simplify & Save to Invest program
  • Integrating, analysing, and interpreting data to identify cost drivers, trends, and patterns that inform decision-making
  • Tracking financial benefits and implementation costs as initiatives are implemented and hit the P&L
  • Preparing and delivering reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and variances
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address inquiries, and foster alignment on initiatives
About You

We're looking for a capable finance professional with experience in developing and maintaining large financial models with sensitive datasets. You'll have a strong analytical mindset and be able to provide key support to our team.

Key requirements include:

  • CA/CPA or similar business qualification with commercial awareness and business focus
  • Experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or related role
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience using PowerBI preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
