Home Care Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team. As a Home Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing them with personal care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Prepare and serve meals, manage medication, and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Engage with clients in social activities, provide emotional support, and promote independence.

Requirements

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • An interest in community care or aged care, preferably with experience in a similar role.
