Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to fill a critical position in our Canberra office.
- Elicit and analyze functional, non-functional, and security requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Capture and validate customer priorities and acceptance criteria to ensure effective project management.
- Organize and prioritize requirements using roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlogs to drive project success.
- Specify and validate requirements to support development and operations.
This role requires a strong background in IT architecture or systems engineering on medium to large projects. Experience in DevSecOps development, high-level and detailed design creation, knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISM, PSPF, ASD Essential 8), and strong communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, experience in large, complex environments as a system architect, developer, or engineer, and certification as a Systems Engineering Professional CSEP (INCOSE), TOGAF 9, DODAF v2+, or SABSA Practitioner certifications.
