Our skilled team of project delivery professionals is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, focusing on time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental management.

We are currently recruiting for Electrical Project Engineers to join our team due to our expanding project portfolio in Queensland.

The successful candidates will be exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery, working on upgrades of critical transmission infrastructure as part of the green energy transition.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary on offer. The typical individual project value is between $5M and $35M, and you will have the chance to work on projects throughout Queensland.

When working regionally, there will be a 10:4 or 11:3 roster, and you will be paid a 25% salary uplift as well as a living away from home allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, scope, procurement, risk, and opportunity, stakeholder communications, and project integration
  • Organize and direct site labour and delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment, establishing detailed programs for coordination of site activities
  • Help document the project scope, identify and assist with resolution of scope discrepancies, and compile subcontract packages
  • Maintain site quality records and contribute to the development of QMP, ITPs, check sheets, MDR, and NCR register

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant subject
  • Strong knowledge of PMBOK and understanding of how to deliver a project safely, on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
  • Experience in tendering, pre-contracts, and project delivery
