As a Service Receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for our busy Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Artarmon. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.

The role involves managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and directing them appropriately. You will also assist potential clients with enquiries, book vehicles in for service and recalls in ERA and Excel, and provide general administration support duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have full work rights in Australia, proven reception experience in a corporate environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). You will also require exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
