About the Role:

We are seeking a Store Team Member (Cleaning and Trolley Collection) who will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining a checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout stores
- Utilizing various equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the shop, as well as team rooms, toilets, and offices
- Cleaning, dusting, and wiping shelving and equipment throughout the store, including team rooms and toilets
- Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions
- Working both indoors and outdoors and being trusted to work autonomously

About You and Your Skills:

- Providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Possessing a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Being able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Constantly being on the go and lifting up to 17kgs requires being physically fit, active, and energetic
- Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
- Ability to get to work outside of public transport operating hours
- No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.
