Healthcare Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced security professional to join our team in providing high-level security services to healthcare sites in Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess strong security operations skills, with the ability to effectively patrol assigned areas, conduct thorough security screenings, and collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a secure environment for all.
Requirements:- Certificate II in Security Operations and at least two years' experience in security or related field.
- Demonstrated verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution techniques.
- Effective written communication skills and ability to produce well-structured reports.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Experience in dealing with people from culturally diverse backgrounds, mental health issues, and disabilities.
- Defence Force experience.
- Mental health awareness training.
- Strong Healthcare Security or Crowd Control experience.
- Medical, Aged Care or Youth Worker background.
