Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of core Customer Engagement components (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, etc.).
  • Extensive experience with D365 Sales features such as Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Insights, and Product Catalog.
  • Proficiency in developing plugins using C# .NET, Custom APIs, and custom workflows.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS for form scripting and UI customizations.
  • Familiarity with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) for building custom controls.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Service Bus).
  • Hands-on experience with Data Gateways, OData, Web APIs, and SOAP/RESTful services.
