NPD Capital Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering or Supply Chain professional to lead our New Product Development (NPD) Capital Program. As a key member of the team, you will oversee a small group and collaborate closely with departments across the organization.

This leadership role requires strong project management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.

Main responsibilities include leading and managing capital projects, collaborating with teams to implement projects and plan future work pipelines, developing Project Managers, and maintaining and updating site capabilities registries.

Applicants should have 7-10 years' experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments, strong backgrounds in project or engineering management, and experience working with Packaging processes & assets.
