About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our project team working on a complex FRP project in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret specifications and develop detailed work programs for allocated work packages
  • Manage and mentor other Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and graduates
  • Provide support to the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and wider Project team
  • Comprehensively understand the scope of work, specifications, work plans, and drawings
  • Develop and implement margin improvement strategies in conjunction with the Project Manager and teams
  • Prepare and review internal ITPs, forms, and checklists for approval by the Client
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience working in a FIFO or DIDO capacity preferred
  • FRP / Concrete construction projects are a MUST
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring small project teams
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
