Quality of Life Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to the well-being of our residents.

  • Contributes to a normal and enjoyable lifestyle for all residents by providing activities that cater to their individual social, religious and cultural needs.
  • Provides oversight, guidance and support as the key contact for volunteers.
  • Implements cultural events such as ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day within the home.
  • Advocates with external agencies to provide positive opportunities and options to meet residents' needs.

Success in this position is achieved through appreciation and acceptance of diverse cultures and lifestyles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Details:

  • Part-time or permanent position available.
  • 20-30 hours per week.
  • $23.00 per hour.
  • Day shift only.
  • Penalty rates applicable.

COVID-19 considerations: masks are required at all times, and all visitors must be fully flu and COVID-19 vaccinated.

Work authorisation: Australia (required).
