Pet Care Specialist

As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
You will also need to have a basic understanding of pet breeds and geographical awareness, although training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Pet Travel Support: Assist pet owners with their travel plans, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and regulations.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, communicating clearly and professionally at all times.
- Training and Development: Receive on-the-job training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
