We are seeking an experienced Operational Change Specialist to support SkyCity Adelaide with the adoption, management, and embedding of change for a significant multi-year business transformation program.

About the Opportunity

This role reports into the Senior Change Manager and is responsible for implementing change management across the program. The Operational Change Specialist will plan, develop, deliver, and track change management deliverables, as well as assist in the development of a change approach that suits the needs of the business.

  • Implementing change management strategies across multiple workstreams;
  • Managing resistance to change through effective stakeholder engagement;
  • Developing change impact assessments to inform business decisions;
  • Supporting the creation and dissemination of communications to stakeholders;
  • Identifying, addressing, and delivering on training needs to ensure a smooth transition;
  • Analyzing operational changes and their impacts on the business;
  • Couching and change reinforcement to ensure long-term success;
  • Supporting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned exercises to identify areas for improvement;
  • Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these metrics.

The Operational Change Specialist will work closely with business owners to ensure that they own and drive organisational change required by the program within their business units. This role requires strong people skills, with changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and structures.

About You

You will have a strong track record of change experience, particularly in managing complex change initiatives. Your experience will be coupled with qualifications in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources. A working knowledge of Change Management frameworks/models such as PROSCI, Lewins Change Management Model, ADKAR, or Kotter's 8 Steps is essential. Being a self-starter who can deliver independently within agreed frameworks, you will have excellent ability to manage expectations of different stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits
