Role Overview

At CPC Engineering, our extensive network of regional workshops is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our clients' operations.

The foundation of our success lies in a collaborative approach to projects, providing you with the chance to work alongside and support a diverse group of skilled tradespeople to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of a small, agile crew, you will engage in the installation, removal, and maintenance of underground mining infrastructure. This includes:

  • Pumping systems
  • Ventilation fans
  • Pipework
  • Escapeway ladders
  • Ventilation doors
  • Minor civil works

You will also be responsible for fostering a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all tasks are performed in alignment with industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in an engineering or mining setting
  • Background as a mechanical trade assistant
  • Proficiency in various maintenance activities
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Must pass medical and drug & alcohol screenings
  • Willingness to work in remote areas
  • Valid WA driver's license; HR license is a plus but not mandatory
