Early Childhood Educator Job Opportunity">

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant and fun early learning service. Our team provides quality educational programs to young children, focusing on numeracy, literacy, life skills, socialization, art, cooking, gardening, and regular incursions/excursions.

About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging educational programs that cater to the needs of young children. You will work collaboratively with our passionate team of Educators to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of young children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to education.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Child Services or similar qualification as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Current Working With Children's Check (employment).
  • Experience working in a similar environment is desirable.
  • Working understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • Work Authorisation: Australia preferred.
