Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive and personalized service throughout the restaurant service period.
  • Engage and inspire guests through creative and innovative approaches to food and beverage service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to outlet cleanliness standards and completing daily checklists with attention to detail.
  • Understand and meet guest requirements by delivering service excellence with each customer interaction.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Build relationships with guests and create opportunities for future bookings by providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

  • You have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You have relevant experience in a similar role and are enthusiastic about escalating your career.
  • You have working rights in Australia and are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
