The successful candidate will have a strong background in therapeutic behavioral programs, with a focus on the Teaching Family Model (TFM). You will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the delivery of client-focused tasks and continuity of care for young people in the home.
