Berry Street is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our team in the Northern Metro Region. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people in our care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in therapeutic behavioral programs, with a focus on the Teaching Family Model (TFM). You will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the delivery of client-focused tasks and continuity of care for young people in the home.
